The Zero Balance Account lets you maintain multiple collection and disbursement accounts at Alta Alliance Bank, yet automatically consolidates your cash every day into a single concentration account.

Benefits:

• Provides automated funds concentration. This service eliminates the time and effort associated with manually transferring funds to and from various accounts. At the end of every business day, each collection or disbursement account is analyzed to determine whether that account has a positive or negative ending balance. If an account has a positive balance, all funds in excess of a pre-established "peg" balance are transferred into the concentration account. If an account has a negative balance, adequate funds move from the concentration account to the sub-account to bring the balance back up to the established "peg"
• Reduces idle balances. Excess balances are minimized by reducing idle balances in each of your accounts, therefore maximizing the usage of your cash resources
• Reduces overdrafts. The risk of account overdrafts is reduced by providing cash from the concentration account to cover disbursements on a daily basis
• Allows structure flexibility. The system provides customization and flexibility to meet your exact needs which allows you to structure your accounts accordingly
• Shows transaction detail. Account transactions and transfers are completely detailed to track your account activity and are automatically included on your bank statement
